Park projects are different. We know how they work.
Permits handled
Work on the home is permitted by the state (HCD). Patio covers, porches and carports need a park construction permit. We pull both.
Park rules followed
We coordinate with management on work hours, parking, debris and any color or material rules.
Good neighbors
Lots are close together. We keep the site tidy, keep noise reasonable and clean up every day.
C-47 licensed
Manufactured-home alterations are exactly what California's C-47 license covers.
Make your home easier to live in
A few smart changes make a home safer and easier to get around, without making it feel clinical. It's the same quality kitchen, bath and exterior work we do on every job, planned with comfort and safety in mind.
Walk-in showers
Replace a step-over tub with a low-threshold or walk-in shower.
Grab bars
Anchored into solid blocking so they hold when you need them.
Steps, rails & ramps
Even steps, handrails on both sides, and ramps with gentle slopes.
Level walkways
Replace cracked, heaved concrete that causes trips and falls.
Easy-reach kitchens
Pull-out shelves, better lighting and counters at a comfortable height.
Cooler rooms
Dual-pane windows and patio covers that tame summer heat.

Questions from park residents
Do I need permission from my park before remodeling?
Most parks ask to be told about exterior work, and some have rules on colors, materials and setbacks. We'll coordinate with your park office and make sure the project follows community rules.
Who issues permits for work inside a mobile home park?
It depends on the work. Changes to the home itself (plumbing, electrical, walls, siding) are always permitted by the state Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Patio covers, porches, carports and other structures in the park need a park construction permit from the park's enforcement agency, which is HCD in most parks and the city or county in a few. We pull the right permits for you.
Can you make my home safer and easier to get around?
Yes. We install walk-in showers, grab bars, comfort-height toilets, sturdy steps with handrails, ramps and level walkways, often as part of a kitchen or bath remodel.
