Professional, reliable, experienced...the best I've met, and I've dealt with several MH contractors. I would absolutely hire Wickens again.

I am sending this note of appreciation for the quality work that your crew did to rebuild my covered patio, which I call the sunroom/gym. The sunroom was damaged due to the atmospheric river in January, so the entire room needed rebuilding. It was a pleasure to work with [Wickens Construction]; [they] explained in detail what was needed to rebuild the space. The project was delayed because of product supply issues and the recent rains, but [Wickens] kept me updated and came by to check on the progress during the rebuild. ... The build team was also excellent, respectful of my property, always on time, and answered my questions during the build. ... I will certainly reach out to Wickens Construction if I have repair needs.

Once again the team from Wickens has won my admiration and appreciation. The current project was replacing a small set of hazard steps with a long and narrow deck and steps with full canopy. [Wickens Construction] as always was great in discussing project details. Required a lot of precise measuring to fit the space which was limited due to property lines. I had a vision of the structure I discussed with [Wickens] and [the crew] met the challenge. ... On the first day of the project, [the crew] gave some advisements for some adjustments which proved to be right on mark. [They have] an excellent eye. ... While I live in a mobile home I have invested a small fortune in upgrading everything inside and out so it looks as much as possible like a standard home. ... I would recommend and have them back to my property any time. I truly appreciate the quality work.

We are very pleased with the installation of our patio cover. Hector did an amazing job from start to finish. He is an excellent representative of the company. ... He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and kept us informed on the status of the project. ... There were some electrical issues that arose with the installation of our outdoor fan and string lights. Hector was able to trouble-shoot and resolve the matter quickly and effectively. ... Although my wife and I are retired now, we both worked in management positions in our respective industries. This is the first time we have ever sent a letter of appreciation to a company about an employee who did work at our residence.

Writing to let you know how pleased we are with the projects so far. The crew is exceptional. John and I are both in the trades; and, to a man, you have a great group of guys. Working with [Wickens Construction] over the years for a number of projects is always a pleasure due to excellent communication and willingness to listen and answer a “million” questions. ... The recent project for plumbing, vapor barrier and new water heater installation was handled in a professional and timely manner. This team went above and beyond in being courteous and respecting my personal property and how they worked, cleaned up and just in general very professional. ... Working in a mobile home in tight quarters and sometimes challenges not found in a standard brick and mortar home – I truly appreciate the quality work. The inspector has come and gone and he also speaks highly of Wickens and the work performed. He did not find any problems and signed off. That means a lot to me.

I really couldn't be happier with my patio cover. They quoted me thousands of dollars less than another company for the same job. Working with Alan and Hector was great and they both worked together to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Had some damaged car port posts that needed to be replaced. Scott did an excellent job in just a few days. I highly recommend them. Very professional!

I had new living room windows installed about a year ago (2017). I love them and I can notice the difference in temperature. Scott was knowledgeable and on time for our appointment. He explained my options and sent a quote within a few days. The installation went very well, they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I will hire them again. Thanks guys.

Bruce Wickens and team provided a very competitive quote, followed by an installation that required some fairly difficult engineering and aesthetic requirements. Bruce was more than willing to pay multiple visits to my home to discuss the project, measure for column placement, working around other contractors, and other challenges. Along the way, the installation crew was very conscientious regarding clean-up and respect for my property and that of my neighbors. The end result was a beautiful addition to my home…
